Here is a quick tip to remove microphone Icon from iPhone and iPad's Keyboard
But none has asked to remove microphone icon from keyboard on iPhone. It was just a wild thought that hit my brain recently. As they say necessity is mother of all invention, I had to discover a solution to remove microphone icon from keyboard because I happen to press my fingers on microphone icon while typing messages.
And here comes the solution. If you have faced a similar problem (of hitting the microphone icon while typing in text messages), you can follow a simple method.
How to Remove Microphone Icon from Keyboard on iPhone and iPad
#1 Launch Settings app on your iPhone → Tap on General.
#2 Tap on Keyboard.
Scroll down to bottom, where you can see an option of Enable Dictation.
#3 Toggle Enable Dictation OFF.
A pop-up will swipe up, which again asks you to Turn Off Dictation; tap on Turn Off Dictation.
This will remove microphone icon from keyboard. To check, go back to iMessages app and tap on message creation icon on top right. Here, you can see that microphone icon is removed from the keyboard on your iPhone.
To bring this icon back, follow the similar procedure and toggle the Enable Dictation option ON.
