Go to "My computer" see USB letter. eg. i have taken here F:
Now run command Prompt. (Press Win+R key and type cmd and press enter)

Now type " cd F: " and press ENTER as shown in image.

Now Type " F:" and press enter.

Now Type " attrib -h -r -s /s /d F:*.* " and press enter.

Now your USB will look like:

Delete all short cut and unrequired file/foldrs.

You are done...
